How to shop
Shopping in our store is very simple and intuitive. Every visitor to our online store can browse the complete range of goods without the need to register and place selected goods or products in the basket by pressing the unit of measure button below the basket. Each time a new product is added to the basket, the contents of the basket will be displayed, where you will see all the goods you have selected, including their quantity, price, shipping cost and total purchase price. You can also remove items from the cart at will by overwriting the number of items to 0 (zero) and pressing the Recalculate button. You can also use the Recalculate function if you change the quantity of goods. This will automatically recalculate the purchase price. Once your purchase is complete and you have decided to order it, confirm it with the Order button. Only now will you be asked to fill in your contact details (to register). Once you have logged in, all you have to do is select your delivery method, payment type and confirm your order. We will send you an e-mail with all the necessary information about your order such as: order number, link to the order information, order date, type of goods ordered including their price, shipping and handling costs and total price. It will also indicate the address to which the goods will be sent and the type of payment. As we strive to make our service as good as possible, you will also be kept informed by email of the status of your order.
Registration and its benefits
There are two ways to register with us. The visitor has the option to register at any time during the purchase process by clicking the order/internet shop/register button in the menu of our website or only when the purchase is confirmed. When you first register, you are asked to fill in a form with your personal and contact details, including your password. Remember this password, you will need it the next time you make a purchase or log in to your account, which is automatically created when you register with us. If you forget your password, nothing happens. We will send it to you by email upon request.
My account
Your own account will be created automatically when you register with us. To access your account, use the Login button found in the menu of our website. Here you need to enter your login name and the password you chose when registering. The account will be used to track the progress and history of all your orders. You can also change your personal or contact details here or sign up/unsubscribe to receive news and alerts when changes are made to our offer.
Order options
The easiest way to order goods from us is by placing an order in the "basket" by pressing the unit of measure below the basket and "ordering" it. You can also email your order to us at info@cormen.cz. You will be contacted by phone to clarify the details of the ordered goods, the method of transport or payment. Payment methods
Cash on delivery - the most commonly used payment method for purchases both with us and in online stores in general. We will send the goods to you by commercial package or service delivery to the nearest of our distribution centers, which you can find in the menu Contact and the price of the goods in this case you will pay only upon receipt or by agreement with the distributor.
Payment in advance - by bank transfer - by transferring the total amount of the purchase from your bank account to our account or the distributor's account. The latter is always indicated on the tax receipt Please use the number you will receive in the confirmation e-mail immediately after ordering the goods or the tax receipt number as the variable symbol. When paying in advance, you can use the option to send the goods to an address other than yours. This method will be appreciated, for example, if you want to give the purchased goods to someone as a gift, etc.
The operator of the cormen.cz online store also reserves the right to change the price of goods. However, the customer will always pay the price for which he ordered the goods. Even if the price of the product is changed later.
Delivery time and method of delivery
For each product, the delivery time is no later than 1 week, in which the goods are usually delivered. If we are unable to meet this deadline, you will be contacted immediately by telephone and we will agree with you on the next course of action. (Extension of the delivery period, cancellation of the order or other individual solutions may be considered.) If we send the goods via the services of a shipping company, we will deliver the goods within the second working day from the day of dispatch.
Price of postage and packing
If the purchase exceeds the amount of 2400,- CZK including VAT, the delivery of the goods by Geis Parcel is free of charge. Delivery by Czech Post is always charged, regardless of the value of the ordered goods.

Warranty and claims
All products purchased from us have a standard shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. The proof of purchase acts as a warranty certificate for the goods, which you should keep carefully. In the event of a claim, please use the claim protocol located in the Sales Support/Claim Protocol menu. The time limit for processing a claim is 14 days from the day we receive the goods from you. Please send the goods you wish to claim to us at our address or the address of the distributor who supplied the goods. What do I need to send? Send us the claimed goods with a confirmed claim report, proof of purchase of the goods. What is not covered by the claim? Claims cannot be made for damage caused by unprofessional use of the goods, mechanical damage or wear and tear due to use.
Protection of personal data
The protection of your personal data is of the utmost importance and CORMEN s.r.o. undertakes not to disclose your personal data to any third party and it will only be used for internal use. The only exception to this is a freight forwarding company or distributor, to whom data will be provided for the smooth delivery of goods. You also have the option to cancel your registration at www.cormen.cz at any time. If you decide to do so, please send us an informative e-mail to info(@)cormen.cz with "cancellation of registration" in the subject line. In the body of the message, please tell us the name and surname you provided when registering. On the basis of the e-mail received in this way, your data will be removed from our database.
