Miloš Klimeš

If there is anyone who knows every corner in the catering industry that needs to be cleaned, tidied and ensures perfect hygiene, it is Miloš.


He is a great cook himself and therefore knows that great food and a satisfied guest in a restaurant is not only about carefully selected ingredients and a perfectly followed recipe. The cleanliness of the environment, all the machinery and utensils also has a great influence on this. Just a slight dirt on the cutlery is enough to make a guest doubt, and despite the fact that the food itself was a gourmet gem, he feels a certain dissatisfaction.

Miloš is uncompromising in HACCP rules and hygienic practices in the kitchen and therefore can be relied on for methodology and choice of professional equipment.
