Planned downtime for the CORMEN servers
On 24 September 2026, there will be a planned power cut to the main building of CORMEN s.r.o. This will also necessitate a short-term shutdown of all servers and restrictions on certain functions of the e-shop and the B2B portal.
Between 5 am and 12 noon ( this is an estimated timeframe and is subject to change):
- the server for receiving and sending emailswill be out of service
- we will not receive any emails sent during this period, and these messages will not be delivered at a later date.
- To be on the safe side, please wait until after 12.00 to send any emails
- landline telephone services will be unavailable
- If you need to sort anything out, please call us on our mobile phones
- The public online shop and the B2B portal will remain operational, but it will not be possible to finalise and submit an order
- Adding items to the basket (including importing Excel files)will remain functional, so you can prepare your order for dispatch after 12 noon (more precisely, once all functions are up and running).
- Stock synchronisation will be paused (the B2B portal will display figures from early this morning); full synchronisation will resume once the servers are back online.
- Please do not send orders by email: we will not receive them and will not be aware of them (we recommend preparing them in B2B and submitting them after 12 noon)
- During the downtime, we will not be dispatching goods, and it will not be possible to collect previously placed orders in person.
