The agent therefore dissolves even very resistant and baked-on dirt of proteins, fats and plant residues. It is characterized by a high degree of alkalinity and strong degreasing ability. It is used primarily for effective cleaning of such equipment where the raw material is heat-treated, such as evaporators, dryers, pasteurizers, centrifuges, cheese melters, UHT equipment, etc. It is also suitable for COP cleaning. It can also be used for manual removal of fats and proteins from the surfaces of floors and technological equipment.

The product can be used on surfaces made of stainless steel, iron, ceramics and alkali-resistant plastics. It has limited applicability on non-ferrous metals and enamels. Do not use on surfaces made of aluminum.
